Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms (“Terms”) apply to all offers, sales, rentals, leases, and deliveries of Mutebox products (“Product(s)”) to customers by Mutebox ApS (“Mutebox”).

In case of any conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement between Mutebox and the customer, the written agreement takes precedence. Customer-provided purchase terms (e.g., on order forms) are not part of the agreement unless explicitly accepted in writing.

Product prices follow the current list on mutebox.dk at the time of order confirmation—unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK), excluding VAT, as shown on the invoice. Prices do not include shipping, transport, installation, or insurance, unless stated explicitly.

Customers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes and duties. If payment is agreed in a currency other than DKK, Mutebox reserves the right to adjust pricing due to currency fluctuations between offer and payment.

Payment must be made within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Mutebox reserves the right to suspend services until any outstanding invoices are settled.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on availability and shipping conditions. Mutebox will not be liable for any delays in delivery beyond our control. Customers will be notified promptly of any expected delays.

Customers may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted within 30 days if products are in original condition. Custom orders are non-returnable.

Products come with a standard two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.

Technical support is available Monday to Friday during business hours. Customers can reach support via email or phone. Response time is typically within 24 hours.

Mutebox’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the products involved in a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

All intellectual property rights related to products and services provided by Mutebox remain with Mutebox. Customers are granted a limited license to use products for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation lasts indefinitely.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Greater Copenhagen area.

Mutebox shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions.

Mutebox reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.

Mutebox offers leasing of Products through Nordea Finance. These clauses (14) apply alongside the main Terms and supplement Nordea’s own applicable terms. Customers must not remove identifying marks from leased Products, nor relocate, sublease, or loan them. On receipt, customers must inspect for defects and report promptly in writing. Products must be used, maintained, and installed as per Mutebox’s guidelines, remain at the business location, and be kept in good condition, subject to normal wear.

Credit assessment and financing offers are available via Mutebox’s website. The Product is covered by warranty throughout the lease period.
